Employee performance refers to an employee’s aptitude, talents, and work results in carrying out his or her obligations and responsibilities at work. Leadership is a leader’s ability to manage, lead, or influence the thoughts, feelings, or conduct of others in order to achieve predefined goals. Work motivation is a stimulus or inducement for each employee to work in carrying out their responsibilities. The work environment is a set of working conditions that may be measured based on the shared perceptions of organizational members who live and work together. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on the performance of Merapi Baking Center CV Tira Persada Yogyakarta personnel.
The quantitative approach employed in this research is a sample of 31 respondents acquired from all employees of Merapi Baking Center CV Tira Persada Yogyakarta, with the purpose of obtaining more consistent data. Multiple Linear Regression analysis was employed in this study.
According to the findings of the research, Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Environment have a strong relationship with employee performance, as evidenced by the R Square value of 0.798, which indicates that the independent variables of Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Environment can explain employee performance (dependent variable) by 79.8%, while the remaining 20.2% is influenced by other variables not investigated by researchers, so Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Environment
