The increasingly competitive business environment requires companies to enhance employee performance through effective leadership, a supportive work environment, discipline, and strong motivation. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at Yamie Panda Company in Yogyakarta. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey of 85 employees representing the entire population. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine both partial and simultaneous effects among variables. The findings reveal that leadership style, work environment, work discipline, and work motivation each have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, both individually and collectively. Among these, leadership style showed the most dominant influence. The study concludes that improving leadership quality, ensuring a conducive work environment, reinforcing discipline, and enhancing motivation are essential strategies for boosting employee productivity. Practically, the results provide managerial insights for Yamie Panda to develop effective human resource policies that sustain organizational performance amid intense business competition.
