MANAJEMEN LOGISTIK PEMILU 2019 DI KOMISI PEMILIHAN UMUM KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Election Logistics are the administrative equipment used in the Election of members of the DPR, DPD, Provincial DPRD and Regency/Municipal DPRD as well as organizational equipment used in the Election of President and Vice President. In preparing and fulfilling election logistics, it is necessary to carry out good logistics management.

This research was conducted with the aim of getting an overview of the logistics management of the 2019 at the General Commission Election of Yogyakarta City so as to be able to prepare the right type of Election logistics, the right amount and the right time. The method used to conduct this research study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out by conducting in-depth interviews with informants and logistics management documents General Commission Election of Yogyakarta City.

The results of the study show that logistics management at General Commission Election of Yogyakarta City is carried out with a management flow that includes planning, procurement, storage, management, distribution and elimination. Where the person in charge of the policy is the Commissioner and the technical implementation is the Secretary. The absence of a comprehensive SOP regarding logistics management, logistics distribution control books and warehouse storage facilities located outside the Yogyakarta City area is a problem found in terms of monitoring and securing logistics for the 2019 Election.

It is hoped that the General Commission Election of Yogyakarta City can prepare logistics management SOP, form a logistics management team, prepare control books and more adequate storage facilities.
