Abstrak

The aim of this research is to prove whether there is a partial or simultaneous effect of workload, interpersonal conflict, and communication on work stress with the object of research being teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Magelang. This study used a quantitative approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data with collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population of this study was 108, the sampling technique was purposive sampling and the number of samples was determined using the slovin formula with a margin of error of 5% so that 85 respondents were obtained. Data analysis techniques were carried out by testing data quality, classical assumption testing and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the statistical t test found that partially showing workload had no effect on work stress. While interpersonal conflict variables and communication variables affect work stress. Based on the results of the F test, it was proved that the variables of workload, interpersonal conflict, and communication simultaneously affected work stress.
